Barrell Craft Spirits (BCS) has continued an annual tradition with the release of Barrell Bourbon New Year 2024.
Each year around this time, the pioneering blending house releases a new blend named after the coming year.
This latest iteration includes the largest selection of states (eight) and bourbons (from 5 to 11 years of age) in a single release BCS has created this year.
The end result is a derived mashbill of 72% corn, 22% rye, 5% malted barley and 1% wheat.
Available at retailers and online, Barrell Bourbon New Year 2024 has a suggested retail price of $89.99 per 750-ml. bottle.
This follows recent news of BCS opening a new blending facility, and releasing its Barrell Cask Finish Series, Bourbon Batch 035 and Rye Batch 004.
