Breakthru Beverage Group has announced the appointment of Sam David as Executive Vice President, Canada. He will oversee and lead all aspects of Breakthru’s Canadian business, from day-to-day sales and operations to long-term strategic plans and growth opportunities. As part of Breakthru’s new corporate leadership structure, David will work closely with COO Julian Burzynski and the Supplier Business Development, Corporate Strategy and Commercial Excellence teams to execute on key initiatives, including the market commercial sales activities and growth strategies for supplier and provincial board partners.
“Sam has been a longtime trusted leader on our Canadian team, and I am confident he is the right person to lead this business,” said Burzynski. “Sam is known for his engaging leadership style and ability to deliver results, and he has proven himself a trusted advisor and confidant. Given this and his previous successes as VP of Finance, I know he is the right leader to spur new growth and take advantage of the tremendous opportunities in Canada.”
