Cafe Agave has launched a line of prepackaged spiked cold brew coffees, Cafe Agave Spiked Cold Brew.
Made with 100% Arabica Columbian Cold Brew Coffee, these are 12.5% ABV coffee cocktails.
Cafe Agave Spiked Cold Brew Coffee is packaged into 6.3-oz cans available in both singles and 4-packs. It comes in four coffee-forward flavors: Espresso Shot, Caffe Mocha, Salted Caramel and Vanilla Cinnamon.
Cafe Agave is a blend of dark-roast, cold-brewed arabica coffee with dairy cream, fermented agave and other natural flavors. Each single serve can is equivalent to a half-cup of brewed coffee.
Initial launch states for Cafe Agave include Nevada, Arizona, California, Washington and Oregon.
Retailers without a spirits license can carry these products, the company says. Unlike spirit-based RTD beverages, Cafe Agave can be sold anywhere beer and wine are sold.
Founded in 2016, the San Diego-based Cafe Agave offers spiked coffee products including Spiked Cold Brew and Spiked Cream Liqueur.
