This partnership gives us the opportunity to accelerate our momentum in the U.S. and bring BeatBox to even more fans. Thank you to everyone who has supported BeatBox along the way. We’re just getting started.”
Announced on December 5, 2025, Anheuser-Busch is acquiring 85% of BeatBox for a purchase price of up to approximately $490 million with a path to 100% ownership after five years based on a predetermined pricing formula.
