Johnson Brothers is looking for a seasoned IT executive with the ability to align strategy and execution, lead teams through complex priorities and provide steady, decisive leadership in fast-paced settings. This is a unique opportunity to define and lead IT Service Delivery with the autonomy, authority and support to deliver excellence from the ground up.
As the Director – IT Service Delivery, you’ll combine deep ITIL/ITSM expertise (ideally with ServiceNow) with strong leadership and professional acumen. You’ll oversee IT service operations, drive process improvements and inspire a high-performing team to deliver world-class service.
Responsibilities
- Lead, mentor and grow a talented IT team while fostering accountability and collaboration.
- Guide cross-functional teams through high-impact projects, balancing priorities and keeping teams focused under pressure.
- Oversee ITSM strategy and ServiceNow roadmap, ensuring scalability and alignment with business goals.
- Drive continuous improvement with measurable outcomes, using KPIs, benchmarking and service reviews.
- Manage vendor partnerships, budgets and resource planning to optimize service delivery.
- Act as a steady, strategic voice through change—maintaining operational excellence while advancing service maturity.
- Communicate with influence, presenting confidently to executive leadership and stakeholders.
Qualifications
- 10–15 years of progressive IT leadership, with a focus on Service Delivery and ITIL/ITSM frameworks.
- 5–10+ years leading complex, enterprise-level projects.
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Business or related field (required). MBA or Master’s in IT (preferred).
- ITIL Foundation certification (required); advanced ITIL or PMP certifications (preferred).
- Strong leadership presence, professional acumen and the ability to lead calmly and effectively under pressure.
- Excellent communication and influencing skills, with experience presenting to executives.
