Jefferson’s Bourbon has introduced its latest innovation, Jefferson’s Reserve Cask Strength.
This limited-edition release is a high-proof, full-bodied, non-chill filtered evolution of the traditional Jefferson’s Reserve.
This 8-year-old cask strength release comes bottled at 130 proof.

With this cask strength release, we’re peeling back the layers to reveal the whiskey in its most authentic form — untamed, uncut and packed with intense flavor,” says Trey Zoeller, founder and master blender of Jefferson’s Bourbon. “This is for those who crave the full experience of a high-proof bourbon that’s as big as it is drinkable.”
Jefferson’s Reserve Cask Strength has red fruit, cola, vanilla and barrel spice notes, the company reports.
An allocated limited-edition special release, it is available now at spirits retailers, restaurants and bars across the U.S. for the suggested retail price of $69.99 per 750-ml. bottle.
From Jefferson’s, this follows the release of Jefferson’s Tropics Aged in Humidity Kentucky straight bourbon.
