Oishii, the largest American-owned sake brewery in the U.S., has announced an alignment agreement with Southern Glazer’s Wine & Spirits. The strategic partnership provides Oishii with the infrastructure to scale its entire portfolio into premium national retail and hospitality accounts.
The deal also activates the SGWS Travel Retail Division, providing the Oishii Sake portfolio with a footprint across all major cruise lines, Duty-Free outlets, and sales throughout the Caribbean, Central and South American markets.
Oishii Sake, brewed in the U.S. using centuries-old Japanese traditions, includes Oishii Clear Junmai, Cloudy Junmai, the luxury Kintsugi Sake, and the Oishii Sake Spritz. The company in mid June will launch Oishii Matcha Liqueur in 14 priority states across on-premise and off-premise channels.
