Ingredients

  • 1 ½ oz. Roku gin
  • ½ oz. Boomsa Cloosterbitter liqueur
  • ¼ oz. Combier Kummel liqueur
  • 2 oz. Verdita
 a spicy green sangrita
  • ¾ oz. Lime
  • ½ oz. Simple syrup

Instructions

  • Combine ingredients and shake well.
  • Strain over fresh ice into a rocks glass.
  • Garnish with a mint sprig and dried pineapple chunk.
