Ingredients

  • 1 ½ oz. Five spice-infused Toki Japanese whisky
  • ½ oz. Pimm’s No 1
  • oz. Ginger syrup
  • oz. Honey syrup
  • ½ oz. Lime juice
  • 3 oz. Club soda

Instructions

  • Combine ingredients except soda and short shake.
  • Strain into glass Collins with ice cubes.
  • Top with more ice.
  • Garnish with mint bouquet and orange horse’s neck twist.
