Ingredients

  • 1 ¼ oz. Disaronno Originale amaretto liqueur
  • ¾ oz. Rabarbaro Zucca amaro
  • ½ oz. The Busker Triple Cask Triple Smooth Irish whiskey
  • ¾ oz. Fresh lemon juice
  • ¼ oz. Pineapple juice
  • dash Agave syrup

Instructions

  • Add all the ingredients into a shaker with ice.
  • Shake vigorously for about 10-15 seconds until well chilled.
  • Strain the mixture into a coupe glass.
