Ingredients

  • 2 oz. Kōloa Kaua’i coconut rum
  • 2-3 tbs. White chocolate flavored powder white coco
  • 8 oz. Steamed unsweetened coconut or whole milk
  • ½ tsp. Butterfly pea tea powder

Instructions

  • Heat ½ of the milk on medium until steaming.
  • Stir in sifted butterfly pea powder, white chocolate powder and coconut rum.
  • Pour into glass mug.
  • Steam the rest of the milk and froth.
  • Pour the white frothy milk over the portion already in the glass to create a white layer on top.
  • Garnish with butterfly pea powder.
