Kōloa Kaua’i coconut rum

tbs.
White chocolate flavored powder
white coco

Steamed unsweetened coconut or whole milk
½
tsp.
Butterfly pea tea powder
Instructions
Heat ½ of the milk on medium until steaming.
Stir in sifted butterfly pea powder, white chocolate powder and coconut rum.
Pour into glass mug.
Steam the rest of the milk and froth.
Pour the white frothy milk over the portion already in the glass to create a white layer on top.
Garnish with butterfly pea powder.
