The Witching Hour
Ingredients
- 1 ½ oz. Astral blanco tequila
- 1 oz. Fresh lime juice
- ½ oz. Simple syrup 1:1
- 1 dash Lavender bitters
- ½ oz. “Purple potion” 2 parts Blue Curaçao to 1 part hibiscus rosemary syrup
- Black lava salt
Instructions
- Rim rocks glass with lime and dip in black lava salt.
- Add first four ingredients and ice to a vessel.
- Shake until well chilled.
- Pour into rimmed glass.
- Drizzle with purple potion, allowing it to drip then stir through the drink.
- Garnish with a torched rosemary sprig.
