Ingredients

  • 1 ½ oz. Amabuki junmai sake
  • ¾ oz. Hibiki Harmony Japanese whisky
  • ¾ oz. Strawberry-infused Cap Course Rouge aperitif
  • ¾ oz. Aperol
  • ½ tsp. Massenez Creme de Fraise liqueur
  • 1 dash Umami bitters

Instructions

  • Combine ingredients and stir.
  • Strain into double Old Fashioned glass over large cube.
  • Garnish with half strawberry.
