Ingredients

  • 1 oz. Hendrick’s Grand Cabaret gin
  • 1 oz. Crème de violette
  • 1 oz. Averell Plum Damson gin liqueur
  • 1 oz. Lemon juice
  • Blackberries
  • Egg white

Instructions

  • Combine ingredients and dry shake.
  • Add ice and shake again.
  • Pour into glass Collins glass.
  • Garnish with blackberries on a pick.
