Pisco Sour

Ingredients

  • 3 oz. Pisco
  • 1 oz. Fresh lime juice
  • 1 oz. Simple syrup
  • 1 Egg white
  • Angostura bitters

Instructions

  • Combine pisco, lime and syrup and shake hard for 10 seconds.
  • Add egg white and ice and shake again until well chilled.
  • Fine strain into cocktail glass and top with 2-3 drops of bitters.
