Oaxacan Old Fashioned

Ingredients

  • 1 oz. Bourbon
  • 1 oz. Mezcal
  • ΒΌ tsp. Agave
  • 4 dashes Bitters
  • 1 Cinnamon stick
  • 1 Orange slice
  • 1 Cherry

Instructions

  • Smoke the inside of highball glass with cinnamon stick.
  • Add an orange-infused big block ice cube.
  • Combine bourbon, mezcal, agave and bitters in mixing glass and stir.
  • Pour ingredients into highball glass.
  • Add orange slice and stirring stick with cherry.
  • Burn cinnamon stick and place on top.
