Ingredients

  • 1 ½ oz. Cognac VS
  • ¾ oz. Pineau des Charentes rouge
  • ½ oz. Strawberry syrup*
  • ¾ oz. Fresh lemon juice
  • Half white of an egg
  • Spray of absinthe

Instructions

  • Add all ingredients but the absinthe to a cocktail shaker.
  • Add ice, shake, and strain into a cocktail glass.
  • Spray absinthe on top and garnish with a strawberry.
