Ingredients

  • 1 ½ oz Ketel One vodka
  • ¾ oz. Soho lychee liqueur
  • ½ oz. Cranberry juice
  • ½ oz. Simple syrup
  • ¾ oz. Fresh lemon juice
  • 1 Strawberry

Instructions

  • Muddle the strawberry in a mixing tin.
  • Add all ingredients to a shaker with ice and shake well.
  • Double strain into a coupe glass.
  • Garnish with half a strawberry or edible viola flowers.
