Limelight Fizz

Ingredients

  • 2 oz. Belvedere vodka or Fords Gin
  • ¾ oz. Cucumber basil syrup
  • ¾ oz. Lemon juice
  • 2 dashes Celery bitters
  • 3 oz. Soda water

Instructions

  • Add all ingredients into a mixing tin.
  • Shake vigorously with ice.
  • Strain into highball glass filled with ice.
  • Top with soda water.
  • Garnish with a cucumber slice.
