Ingredients

  • 1 ½ oz. Tequila Reposado
  • 1 oz. Local guava
  • ⅔ oz. Local passion fruit cordial
  • ⅓ oz. Local spiced syrup
  • 3 drops Saline solution

Instructions

  • Pour the tequila and remaining ingredients into a mixing glass.
  • Fill the mixing glass with ice and stir for 15 seconds using a bar spoon.
  • Strain the mixture into a coupe glass.
  • Garnish with leftover guava and passion macaron.
