Ingredients

  • 3 Fresh raspberries muddled
  • 2 oz. Earl Grey tea brewed and cooled
  • 1 ½ oz. Raspberry hibiscus syrup homemade or store-bought
  • 1 oz. Fresh lemon juice
  • Splash of club soda

Instructions

  • Muddle the raspberries in a shaker.
  • Add the Earl Grey tea, raspberry hibiscus syrup and lemon juice.
  • Shake well with ice, then strain into a glass over fresh ice.
  • Top with a splash of club soda, gently stir.
  • Garnish with extra raspberries or a lemon twist.
