Fresh raspberries
muddled

Earl Grey tea
brewed and cooled

oz.
Raspberry hibiscus syrup
homemade or store-bought

oz.
Fresh lemon juice
Splash of club soda
Instructions
Muddle the raspberries in a shaker.
Add the Earl Grey tea, raspberry hibiscus syrup and lemon juice.
Shake well with ice, then strain into a glass over fresh ice.
Top with a splash of club soda, gently stir.
Garnish with extra raspberries or a lemon twist.
