Miso syrup

Vodka
Grated parmesan for garnish
Instructions
Add vermouth, espresso, miso syrup and vodka to a shaker.
Shake until combined.
Strain into a stemmed vodka glass, or similar glass.
Top with grated parmesan cheese.
