Wyoming Whiskey double cask bourbon
½
oz.
Pedro Ximenez sherry

oz.
Ancho Reyes chile liqueur

dashes Angostura bitters
Instructions
Combine all spirits and ingredients in a glass mixture.
Add ice and stir to chill and mix thoroughly.
Strain the mixture into a rocks glass and top with ice.
Garnish with maple glazed bacon strip
