Ingredients

  • 2 oz. Old Forester 1920 Prohibition Style bourbon
  • ¾ oz. Lemon
  • ½ oz. Agave
  • ½ oz. Cointreau
  • 2 straw drops of Pernod absinthe
  • Muddle grilled corn

Instructions

  • Combine ingredients and shake.
  • Pour into a highball glass with cylinder ice cubes.
  • Garnish with pink sugar and black salt on one side of the highball with a piece of grilled corn on top
