Newport Storm Brewery this June will release the first batch of its New England IPA: Rhode Trip.
This hazy, unfiltered, yellow-orange IPA has juicy hop flavors, the company says, and aromas of pineapple and tropical fruit. Oats give the beer a soft mouthfeel.
Each time the Rhode Island-based company brews this beer, they plan to focus on a new hop. For their inaugural brew they featured Galaxy hops.
At 6.3% ABV, this IPA is available in 4-packs of 16-ounce cans for a suggested retail price of $12.
