This riff on the Cosmopolitan uses an Italian bergamot liqueur.
Cosmicus
Ingredients
- 1 ½ oz. Vodka
- ¾ oz. Italicus Rosolio di Bergamotto liqueur
- 1 oz. Cranberry juice
- ½ oz. Lime juice
- 2 drops Saline solution 4:1 20g sea salt to 80g water
Instructions
- Shake all ingredients with ice.
- Fine strain into a chilled glass.
- Garnish with orange zest.
