Iced tea and vodka RTD beverage brand Surfside announced their nationwide “Surf N’ Turf” promotion in honor of National Cheesesteak Day and National Cocktail Day – both coincidentally falling on March 24. In celebration, the Philadelphia-based RTD brand is inviting hundreds of sports bars and restaurants across the country to participate in the “Surf N’ Turf” combo, featuring Surfside canned cocktails and the iconic hometown Philly cheesesteak throughout the month of April.
To kick off the “Surf N’ Turf” campaign in hometown Philadelphia, former Philadelphia Phillies All-Star shortstop Jimmy Rollins attended a special meet and greet opportunity at Chickie’s & Pete’s, South Philadelphia on March 24, 2025, according to the brand.
“My first endeavour as an entrepreneur was opening a Philly cheesesteak shop in the South-Central region of the U.S.,” said Stateside Brands president and co-founder Matt Quigley in a news release. “Now that Surfside is available in all 50 states, it feels fitting to have a ‘Surf N’ Turf’ menu combo sold at bars and restaurants across the country.”
