Republic National Distributing Company (RNDC) has announced the appointment of Renato Razon as the new chief human resources officer (CHRO), effective February 17, 2025. Renato brings over 20 years of HR leadership experience and a proven track record of fostering positive workplace cultures.
Renato previously served as the senior vice president of HR Business Partners and Employment Practices at Cox Automotive, according to RNDC, where he led a diverse team of corporate, field and business-based HR partners. In this role, he collaborated with the executive team to define and execute people strategies that drove organizational success.
Renato’s career highlights also include his tenure as the CHRO at Mercedes-Benz USA, where he oversaw all HR functions, including operations, talent acquisition, organizational effectiveness, employee engagement, compensation, benefits and diversity and inclusion. He began his career with the Daimler AG family in 1998, according to RNDC, working in various HR management roles in compensation, recruiting and HR operations.

In addition to his professional achievements, Renato is a board advisor for Camp Southern Ground, according to RNDC, serving veterans transitioning between the military and civilian workforce along with running an inclusive camp for children with economic challenges, Autism and/or learning disabilities.
