Big Easy Spirits Company’s flagship Big Easy Whiskey is now available in New Orleans. Made from bourbon mash, the whiskey is infused with botanicals and fruit.
BESCO is a New Orleans-based spirits supplier founded by distilled spirits industry veterans and New Orleans natives, who wanted to bring Big Easy Whiskey to New Orleans, according to the company.
Coming in at 86 proof (43% ABV), Big Easy Whiskey starts with 100% American whiskey distilled in Kentucky and Indiana. Its traditional bourbon mash bill is 81% corn, 15% rye and 4% barley, according to the company. BESCO ages the whiskey for five years in used bourbon barrels for a softer taste.
Big Easy Whiskey is available for an SRP of $34.99 per 750-ml. bottle. It’s distributed in Louisiana by Republic National Distributing Company (RNDC) and available online at Big Easy Whiskey – Bourbon Outfitter.
