Following our inaugural 40 Under 40 in the alcohol industry in 2024, we recognize a new group of young leaders in 2025. These 40 individuals represent every tier and channel of the beverage alcohol industry. Some are continuing a family legacy or growing within an organization, while others are entrepreneurs entering the beverage space with a fresh perspective.
