Dry January is here and it’s time to help guests looking to abstain this month and throughout the year. Luckily, creative mocktail recipes about; here are eight that we like, and here’s our spirit-free drinks roundup from 2024.

Soft Light

Course Drinks
Keyword kefir, lactic acid, papaya, Ritual Zero Proof Gin, saline

Ingredients

  • ¾ oz Ritual zero proof gin
  • 1 ½ oz Papaya syrup
  • 2 oz Plain kefir
  • 8 drops Saline
  • 5 drops Lactic acid

Instructions

  • Combine ingredients and shake.
  • Pour into rocks glass.
  • Garnish with a fresh mint bouquet.

Keyword butterfly pea flower tea, grapefruit, lavender syrup, lemon, Ritual NA tequila

Ingredients

  • 2 oz. Ritual alcohol-free tequila
  • ¾ oz. Lavender syrup
  • 1 oz. Lemon
  • ½ oz. Grapefruit juice
  • 1 tsp. Butterfly pea flower

Instructions

  • Combine ingredients and shake.
  • Strain into coupe glass.

Keyword beet tea, grapefruit soda, lime, pineapple, Simple syrup

Ingredients

  • 1 ½ oz. Beet tea
  • ½ oz. Pineapple
  • ¼ oz. Simple syrup
  • ¼ oz. Lime juice
  • 2 oz. Fever Tree grapefruit soda
  • Lime wedge

Instructions

  • Combine tea, pineapple, syrup and lime juice.
  • Shake well and strain into a highball glass.
  • Top grapefruit soda and stir.
  • Garnish with a lime wedge.

Keyword elderflower syrup, ginger beer, lemon, Lyre’s London Dry spirit

Ingredients

  • 1 ½ oz. Lyre’s London Dry
  • ½ oz. Monin elderflower syrup
  • ¾ oz. Lemon juice
  • Fever Tree ginger beer

Instructions

  • Combine first three ingredients in mixing tin with ice
  • Shake and strain into Champagne flute.
  • Top with ginger beer.
  • Garnish with coconut whip and gold dust.

Island Time

Course Drinks
Keyword club soda, Ginger syrup, honey syrup, lemon, pineapple

Ingredients

  • ¾ oz. Ginger syrup
  • 2 oz. Pineapple juice
  • ¾ oz. Lemon juice
  • ½ oz. Honey syrup
  • Club soda

Instructions

  • Pour all ingredients into a shaker.
  • Add ice, and shake hard.
  • Strain into Collins glass.
  • Garnish with a mint leaf.

  • 2 oz. Pomegranate juice
  • 1 oz. Fresh lime juice
  • 1 oz. Mango puree
  • ½ oz. Basil syrup
  • splash of Soda

Instructions

  • Combine ingredients and shake.
  • Pour into Collins glass.
  • Top with soda.
  • Garnish with dried lemon wheel.

N/A Floradora

Course Drinks
Keyword ginger beer, lime, NA gin, raspberries, Simple syrup

Ingredients

  • Handful of fresh raspberries
  • 1 ½ oz. Non-alcoholic gin
  • 1 oz. Fresh lime juice
  • ½ oz. Simple syrup
  • Ginger beer to top off

Instructions

  • In a cocktail shaker, add a handful of fresh raspberries.
  • Use a muddler or the back of a spoon to gently mash the raspberries, releasing their juices.
  • Pour in the non-alcoholic gin, lime juice, and simple syrup.
  • Fill the shaker with ice and shake.
  • Strain the mixture into a glass filled with ice.
  • Top with ginger beer and stir.
