Silent Night Sipper

Ingredients

  • 1 ½ oz. Vodka
  • ½ oz. Frangelico
  • ½ oz. Bailey’s Irish Cream
  • splash of Chambord
  • Blackberries for garnish

Instructions

  • Rim a rocks glass with simple syrup and dip the rim into crushed candy canes.
  • Combine ingredients in a shaker with ice and shake well.
  • Strain mixture over ice into the rocks glass.

  • 2 oz. Empress gin

  • Rim a Martini glass with buttercream and coconut flakes.
  • In a shaker combine all ingredients together.
  • Add ice, shake and strain into glass.

Ingredients

  • 1 ½ oz. Teremana Reposado tequila
  • 1 oz. Pomegranate juice
  • ¾ oz. Fresh lime juice
  • ½ oz. Cinnamon syrup
  • Pinch of salt
  • Cinnamon stick and rosemary sprig garnish

Instructions

  • Combine all ingredients in a cocktail shaker with ice.
  • Shake until chilled.
  • Strain into a rocks glass with fresh ice.
  • Garnish with a cinnamon stick and rosemary sprig.

Keyword bourbon, egg, heavy cream, Maple syrup, spiced simple syrup

Ingredients

  • 2 oz. Maverick straight bourbon
  • 1 Whole egg
  • 1 oz. Heavy cream
  • ½ oz. Maple syrup
  • ½ oz. Spiced simple syrup*

Instructions

  • Combine all ingredients and dry shake 20x (without ice) in a tin until frothy and smooth.
  • Add ice and shake again to chill.
  • Use a Hawthorne strainer to pour into a coupe.
  • Top with a light dusting of cinnamon.

Notes

*For Spiced simple syrup:
Combine 2 cups hot water and 2 cups sugar with 2 tablespoons pumpkin spice and the peel of 2 whole oranges. Stir and strain into a jar or bottle of your choice.

Ingredients

  • 1 ½ oz. Tequila Don Gato Reposado
  • ¾ oz. Pomegranate juice
  • ¼ oz. Lime juice
  • ¼ oz. Agave nectar
  • 2 oz. Cava or prosecco

Instructions

  • Fill a mixing glass with ice.
  • Add tequila, juices and agave.
  • Shake and strain into a Collins glass over fresh ice.
  • Top with cava.
  • Garnish with a cinnamon stick.

  • ½ oz. Cream of coconut
  • 1 ½ oz. Evaporated milk
  • 1 Drop of peppermint essential oil
  • Crushed candy cane garnish

Instructions

  • Rim a Martini glass with crushed candy cane.
  • Combine ingredients and shake with with ice.
  • Strain in a peppermint-rimed Martini glass.

Course Drinks
Keyword coffee liqueur, espresso, Frangelico, gingerbread syrup, pecan bitters, tequila

Ingredients

  • 1 ½ parts Cantera Negra Reposado tequila
  • ½ part Cantera Negra Café
  • 1 shot Espresso
  • ½ part Frangelico
  • ¼ part Gingerbread syrup equal parts cinnamon syrup to ginger syrup
  • Barspoon Crème fraiche
  • 2 dashes Pecan bitters
  • Grated cinnamon garnish

Instructions

  • Build in tin and dry shake.
  • Add ice and wet shake.
  • Strain into Old Fashioned rocks glass.
  • Garnish with grated cinnamon.
