Monet’s Impression
Ingredients
- 1 ½ oz. Calvados
- ½ bar spoon Matcha powder
- ¼ oz. Ginger syrup
- ½ oz. Cucumber juice
- ½ oz. Centum Herbis liqueur
- ¾ oz. Lime juice
Instructions
- Combine all ingredients in a shaker
- Give it a hard shake.
- Strain into Collins glass.
- Garnish with yellow flower and citrus sugar on the rim.
