The Catrina
Ingredients
- 1 ¾ oz. Tequila
- ⅓ oz. Ancho Reyes chile liqueur
- 3 ⅓ oz. Beet juice
- ¾ oz. Lemon juice
- ½ oz. Agave syrup
Instructions
- Add decorative cocktail ice cube.
- Combine ingredients in shaker and shake.
- Pour into a Collins glass.
- Garnish with activated charcoal, sugar or pepper rim.
