Viarae Prosecco – the sparkling wine created in partnership with writer, producer, actress and entrepreneur, Issa Rae, and GALLO – just debuted its new sparkling rosé. The new aperitif is releasing this month in select markets.
After being introduced in October 2023 to select markets, Viarae Prosecco quickly climbed the ranks, expanding to retailers nationwide in March 2024. Viarae has also just been nominated for Wine Enthusiast’s 2024 Wine Star Award for Innovator of the Year, the company states.
“The success of Viarae Prosecco has been incredible, and I’m so proud of how it’s resonated with everyone,” stated Issa Rae, founder of Viarae Prosecco, in a news release. “Now, I’m beyond excited to expand the Viarae line with the introduction of Viarae Prosecco Rosé. It’s the perfect next step, bringing even more vibrant, celebratory energy to the table. I can’t wait for everyone to experience this new addition.”
Made from Glera and Pinot Noir grapes, this Prosecco Rosé features notes of raspberry, strawberry and peach, according to the company. Viarae Prosecco Rosé is available nationally through select retailers and on-premise establishments.
