Mixing the smokiness and savoriness of a late summer cookout with the sweetness of strawberries at their peak, the Stone Fox is bold and beautiful—smoky, fruity and floral. This cocktail is ideal for when you want to feel equally as cheeky as you are tough. You’ll be met with the perfect combination of smokiness from the mezcal and sweetness from the strawberry liqueur in this seasonal refresher. 

Stone Fox

Course Drinks
Keyword gentian liqueur, lime, mezcal, Simple syrup, strawberry liqueur, tequila

Ingredients

  • ¾ oz. Blanco tequila
  • ¾ oz. Mezcal
  • ½ oz. Strawberry liqueur
  • ¼ oz. Gentian amaro
  • ¾ oz. Lime juice
  • ¾ oz. Simple syrup

Instructions

  • Combine all ingredients into shaker.
  • Shake with ice, dirty dump into glass.
  • Garnish with freeze dried sliced strawberries, mint sprig, and 2 spritzes of strawberry liqueur.
