This tequila cocktail from Muchacho in Atlanta mixes the smokiness and savoriness of a late summer cookout with the sweetness of strawberries at their peak.

Ingredients
- ¾ oz. Blanco tequila
- ¾ oz. Mezcal
- ½ oz. Strawberry liqueur
- ¼ oz. Gentian amaro
- ¾ oz. Lime juice
- ¾ oz. Simple syrup
Instructions
- Combine all ingredients into shaker.
- Shake with ice, dirty dump into glass.
- Garnish with freeze dried sliced strawberries, mint sprig, and 2 spritzes of strawberry liqueur.
