This vodka cocktail gets a flavor boost from elderflower liqueur and coconut water.
Lei Over
Ingredients
- 1½ oz. Pau Maui vodka
- ½ oz. Fiorente elderflower liqueur
- ½ oz. Fresh lime juice
- 2 dashes Orange bitters
- 1 oz. Coconut water
- 1 oz. Soda water
Instructions
- Add all ingredients except the soda to a shaker tin.
- Fill the shaker with ice and shake vigorously.
- Strain ingredients into Collins glass over ice cubes.
- Top with soda water.
- Garnish with lemon wheel and flower.
