This take on a Margarita gets a pop of color from hibiscus and spice from a Tajin rim.
Hibiscus Sparkler
Ingredients
- 2 oz. Lalo tequila
- ¾ oz. Lime juice
- ¾ oz. Hibiscus-infused agave syrup*
- Tajin seasoning
Instructions
- Rim a rocks glass with Tajin seasoning and fill with ice.
- Combine all ingredients in an ice-filled shaker tin.
- Shake well, and strain into rimmed rocks glass.
- Garnish with a hibiscus flower and a lime wheel.

*For hibiscus agave syrup:
Combine 1 cup of agave nectar, 1 cup of water, and ½ cup of hibiscus flowers in a saucepan. Simmer, then cool and strain. The mixologists at Lalo created this recipe.
