This sparkling vodka-based cocktail gets its flavor and color from cherry blossom simple syrup.
Sakura Spritz
Ingredients
- 1 oz. Vodka
- 1 oz. Cherry blossom simple syrup
- ¼ oz. Lime juice
- 2 oz. Brut Champagne
- Splash of club soda
Instructions
- Combine vodka, syrup and lime juice and shake.
- Stain into coupe glass.
- Top with Champagne and soda.
