Paulaner USA, the U.S. importer of the Paulaner Brewery portfolio and other beverage malt beverage brands, has announced the release of its Münchner Lager, now available in a new 19.2 oz can.
This is Paulaner’s first ever 19.2 oz can., developed to expand consumer usage occasions for the fastest growing product in the Paulaner USA portfolio, the company says.
“Consumer demand for a taller, bigger beer can continues to grow and we’re happy to now offer our popular Münchner Lager in the new 19.2 oz can,” explains Steve Hauser, President and CEO of Paulaner USA. “It’s also great for consumers searching for a premium beer at sporting events, concerts, backyard barbecues, fun at the beach or lake, and more.
Paulaner Münchner Lager was among the first beers that German brewmasters brought to the city’s Bavarian taps, the company says. It has mild malts, with a hint of sweetness and hops in the background. This Munich beer is ideal to accompany spareribs and spicy dishes.
“The Paulaner Münchner Lager is the perfect beer, now in the perfect package, for consumers in search of immediate refreshment,” Hauser says.
Paulaner has been in operation since 1634, and strictly follows the Reinheitsgebot, Germany’s beer purity law.
