This verdant cocktail uses an Australian whisky base, with ginger syrup and melon liqueur.

Ingredients

  • 1 ½ oz. Starward Two-Fold whisky
  • 1 oz. Lemon juice
  • ¾ oz. Ginger syrup
  • ½ oz. Midori
  • ½ oz. Simple syrup

Instructions

  • Combine in shaker and shake.
  • Strain into a Collins glass.
  • Garnish with mint sprig and shaved nutmeg.
