Louisville, KY-based Against the Grain Brewery has announced their spring seasonal beer, Fresh Cut Mango Sour.
This release is set to go out as early as next week into markets including KY, IN, IL, OH, NC, SC, TN, WV, FL and CO.
Fresh Cut Mango, 5.9% ABV, is a sour ale brewed with lots of mango puree. It’s bright and refreshing, the brewery reports: Fresh Cut starts with a puckering sourness before a burst of mango juiciness.
Fresh Cut can be accompanied by some champagne if one wants to do a mango beermosa.
