The makers of Shiner Bock have announced a Texas collaboration with Garrison Brothers Distillery to produce the brewery’s new 24 oz. Barrel-Aged Doppelbock.
Barrel-Aged Doppelbock is the first of five in the Brewer’s Pride 2022 series, a line of limited-edition brews.
Barrel-Aged Doppelbock contains Two-Row Premium, Copper and Chocolate malts, as well as Golding hops. It then aged in the ex-port casks previously used for Garrison Brothers’ Guadalupe Bourbon.
Barrel-Aged Doppelbock (12% ABV) is available for a suggested retail price of $19.99 at major Shiner retailers in Texas.

This follows the recent release of Shiner Beer Mexican Lager.
