Elysian Brewing has announced Skalrok as the brewery’s newest winter seasonal beer.
The malts and hops give this beer a moderately sweet, slightly bitter and subtly tart taste, the company reports.
The beer also showcases Kveik. This yeast strain gives the Nordic Pale Ale a well-balanced flavor, the company says, with a citrus-forward aroma.
This follows the release of the brewery’s fall seasonal pumpkin pack.
