This fall cocktail from the mixologists at Old Pulteney Scotch combines apple cider with sherry and honey.
Autumn Sea
Ingredients
- 1 ½ oz. Old Pulteney 12 year old single malt Scotch
- ½ oz. Fino sherry
- 1 oz. Apple cider
- ½ oz. Honey syrup equal parts honey and water dissolved
Instructions
- Combine ingredients in mixing tin.
- Shake well with ice.
- Strain into a Martini glass.
- Garnish with a slice of apple.
