Santa’s Little Helper
Ingredients
- 1 oz Apple-Pear Barmalade
- 1 ½ oz. Bulleit Bourbon
- 2 oz. Eggnog
- Nutmeg and cinnamon for garnish
Instructions
- Combine all ingredients (except nutmeg and cinnamon) into a shaker.
- Add ice and shake vigorously.
- Strain into a coupe glass and top with sprinkle of nutmeg and cinnamon.
Reindeer Punch
Ingredients
- 1 ½ oz. Vodka
- ½ oz. Chambord
- ½ oz. Triple Sec
- 2 oz. White cranberry juice
- Prosecco
Instructions
- Add ingredients (except prosecco) into shaker with ice, give a healthy shake.
- Strain contents into Collins glass over fresh ice.
- Top with prosecco, add raspberries and blueberries to garnish.

Caramel Pumpkin Spice White Russian
Ingredients
- ¾ oz. Caramel vodka such as Smirnoff Kissed Caramel
- ¾ oz. Coffee liqueur
- 1 ½ oz. Half-and-half or whole milk
- 1 tbsp. Pumpkin spice coffee creamer
- Pumpkin pie spice
Instructions
- Served Cold: Fill a short cocktail glass with ice. Add vodka and coffee liqueur to the ice. Combine the half-and-half and pumpkin spice creamer and pour over the top. Lightly sprinkle the top with pumpkin pie spice.
- Served Hot: Combine the half-and-half and pumpkin spice creamer in a small saucepan. Place over medium heat and cook until hot and steaming but not boiling. Pour into a mug and add caramel vodka to the mug and stir. Lightly sprinkle the top with pumpkin pie spice.

Winter Wonderland
Ingredients
- 1 ½ oz. Vodka
- ¾ oz. Peppermint schnapps
- ¾ oz. White chocolate liqueur
- Mini candy cane and red sugar for garnish
Instructions

- Garnish with a mini candy cane hanging on the rim.

The Winter Rebel
Ingredients
- 2 oz. Chivas Regal 13 Year Old Scotch
- ¾ oz. Carpano Antica sweet vermouth
- ½ oz. Blood orange juice
- 2 Dashes Fee Brothers Aztec
- Chocolate bitters
Instructions
- Build in glass over large ice rock and stir.
- Garnish with large orange peel, studded with 6 to 8 cloves.

Naughty Candy Cane
Ingredients
- 1 ½ oz. Vanilla vodka
- ½ oz. White mint liqueur
- 1 oz. White chocolate liqueur
- ¼ oz. Grenadine
- Crushed candy cane
Instructions
- Rim a Martini glass with crushed candy cane.
- Pour vodka and liqueurs into shaker with ice.
- Shake vigorously and strain contents into Martini glass.
- Pour grenadine in slowly so it sinks to bottom of glass.

- ¾ oz. Ginger liqueur such as Domaine de Canton
- ½ oz. Honey syrup

Merry Maple Sour
Ingredients
- 2 oz. Aged rum such as Mount Gay XO
- 1 oz. Fresh lemon juice
- ½ oz. Maple syrup
- ½ oz. Egg white
Instructions
- Add all ingredients into a shaker.
- Dry shake, then shake with ice.
- Fine strain into a chilled coupe glass.
- Express lemon oils over the surface.
- Garnish with a lemon peel.

Pom Apple Mule
Ingredients
- 1 ½ parts D’Ussé VSOP Cognac or other Cognac
- 1 part Apple juice
- ½ part Pom Wonderful pomegranate juice
- ½ part Lime juice
- 1 part Fever-Tree ginger beer
Instructions
- Add Cognac, apple, pomegranate and lime juices into a shaker with ice.
- Shake and strain into an ice-filled highball glass.
- Top with ginger beer and garnish with a lime wedge and pomegranate seeds

Ingredients
- 2 oz. Reposado tequila
- 3 oz. Organic sweet apple cider
- 1 oz. Cointreau
- ½ oz. Lime juice
Instructions
- Combine ingredients and shake.
- Pour into spice-rimmed glass.
- Garnish with cinnamon stick, apple slices and a lime wedge.
- For spice rim: Combine ¼ tsp. each of cinnamon, allspice and cloves with 1 tbsp. each of cane sugar and coarse sugar.
