Santa’s Little Helper

Course Drinks

Ingredients

  • 1 oz Apple-Pear Barmalade
  • 1 ½ oz. Bulleit Bourbon
  • 2 oz. Eggnog
  • Nutmeg and cinnamon for garnish

Instructions

  • Combine all ingredients (except nutmeg and cinnamon) into a shaker.
  • Add ice and shake vigorously.
  • Strain into a coupe glass and top with sprinkle of nutmeg and cinnamon.

Reindeer Punch

Course Drinks

Ingredients

  • 1 ½ oz. Vodka
  • ½ oz. Chambord
  • ½ oz. Triple Sec
  • 2 oz. White cranberry juice
  • Prosecco

Instructions

  • Add ingredients (except prosecco) into shaker with ice, give a healthy shake.
  • Strain contents into Collins glass over fresh ice.
  • Top with prosecco, add raspberries and blueberries to garnish.

Caramel Pumpkin Spice White Russian

Course Drinks

Ingredients

  • ¾ oz. Caramel vodka such as Smirnoff Kissed Caramel
  • ¾ oz. Coffee liqueur
  • 1 ½ oz. Half-and-half or whole milk
  • 1 tbsp. Pumpkin spice coffee creamer
  • Pumpkin pie spice

Instructions

  • Served Cold: Fill a short cocktail glass with ice. Add vodka and coffee liqueur to the ice. Combine the half-and-half and pumpkin spice creamer and pour over the top. Lightly sprinkle the top with pumpkin pie spice.
  • Served Hot: Combine the half-and-half and pumpkin spice creamer in a small saucepan. Place over medium heat and cook until hot and steaming but not boiling. Pour into a mug and add caramel vodka to the mug and stir. Lightly sprinkle the top with pumpkin pie spice.

Ingredients

  • 1 ½ oz. Vodka
  • ¾ oz. Peppermint schnapps
  • ¾ oz. White chocolate liqueur

  • 2 oz. Chivas Regal 13 Year Old Scotch
