1 oz. Slane Irish Whiskey
1 oz. Freshly squeezed lemon juice
Dash orange bitters
1 tsp. Honey
Tonic water
Combines whiskey, lemon juice and bitters in tall glass and stir. Fill the glass with ice and top up with your favourite tonic water. Garnish with a lemon peel.
