Effective this month, M.S. Walker has been named the exclusive distributor of the Barolo producer Borgogno in New York and New Jersey.
Borgogno’s national importer, Ethica Wines, had previously appointed M.S. Walker as the exclusive distributor in Rhode Island, and the brand will also join the company’s portfolio in Massachusetts in June.
Founded in 1761, Borgogno is known for the traditional style and long-term aging potential of its wines, the company says. M.S. Walker now carries their flagship Barolo ($79.99 SRP), No Name Nebbiolo ($44.99), Langhe Nebbiolo ($34.99), Barbera d’Alba ($23.99) and Dolcetto d’Alba ($19.99).
Down the line, the company will also offer select vintages of Barolo Riserva from the winery.
