1 ½ oz. Nue Peach vodka
¾ oz. Simple syrup
¾ oz. Lemon juice
2 muddled blackberries
Champagne or sparkling wine
Combine ingredients (except wine) and shake. Double strain into flute and top with sparkling wine. Garnish with blackberry and lemon zest.
